Even though M.W. McKinley hails from a small town in South Georgia, she’s always been a city girl at heart. She’s married to her high-school sweetheart, and they live in Atlanta with their Roblox-obsessed kids. She has a J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law and a Creative Writing Certificate from Emory University. When she’s not working as a defense attorney or writing, Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, listening to live music, and sipping bourbon.
